Visa Counsellor

Job OverviewWe are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and travel requirements. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the visa process for various destinations and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities• Provide professional visa consultation to clients for tourist, business, and other visa categories.

• Guide clients on required documentation, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.

• Assist customers in completing visa application forms and preparing documents.

• Keep updated with the latest visa rules, embassy requirements, and immigration policies.

• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and travel partners when required.

• Maintain proper client records and documentation in the CRM system.

• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and visa application status.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

• Support the sales team by providing visa-related information during travel package bookings.

Required Skills• Strong knowledge of tourist and business visa processes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and document verification ability.

• Ability to handle multiple visa applications simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of international travel regulations.

Qualifications• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in visa processing or travel industry.

• Experience handling visas for Europe, UAE, UK, USA, or Schengen countries is an advantage.
