Visa / Immigration Consultant

MRG Global is looking for an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor to guide clients through various visa processes and provide accurate information related to immigration, study visas, work permits, and travel visas. The candidate will be responsible for client counselling, document assessment, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients on visa options including study visas, work permits, tourist visas, and immigration pathways
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories based on eligibility
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly to clients
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
• Coordinate with processing teams, embassies, and partner agents for application follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documents, and application status
• Provide regular updates to clients and resolve their queries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations
• RequirementsPrior experience as a Visa Counsellor or Immigration Consultant preferred
• Good knowledge of visa processes for countries such as Europe, Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and other destinations
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work under deadlines
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM systems)
• Honest, professional, and client-focused approach
• Preferred SkillsExperience in education or immigration consultancy
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simple manner
