Waiter / Steward

A waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or food service establishment. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and serving customers: Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. 
• Taking orders: Accurately recording food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff. 
• Delivering food and drinks: Ensuring timely delivery of orders to tables. 
• Providing menu information: Being knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and answering customer questions. 
• Handling payments: Processing bills and ensuring customer satisfaction before they leave.
