Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality

Location: aerocity, vasant kunj , saket , cyberhub , sector 65 gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking tools promptly and properly.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required.
• Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policies.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas.
• Refill water, condiments, and service items as needed.
• Support restaurant operations during busy hours.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager.
