Key responsibilities :

• Guest service: Greet customers, escort them to tables, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Table service: Set tables with linens and cutlery, serve food and beverages, refill drinks, and clear tables as guests finish.
• Food and beverage assistance: Assist waiters by collecting and delivering food from the kitchen, and help with food and beverage preparation where needed.
• Cleanliness and organization: Maintain a spotless dining area, kitchen, and service areas. This includes washing dishes and utensils, and ensuring the dining room is clean and well-stocked with supplies like napkins and condiments.
• Operational support: Help with unloading deliveries, stocking supplies, and ensuring bar and restaurant areas are properly equipped.
• Hygiene and safety: Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
