Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and take additional orders if necessary.
- Clear tables and clean the dining area after guests leave.
- Ensure all table settings are clean and well-arranged.
- Follow all restaurant health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process billing and accept payments through cash, card, or digital methods.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions as required.
