Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, including order processing, label printing, packing, scanning, and inventory handling. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders while maintaining proper stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print shipping labels and invoices for daily orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Scan products using barcode scanners for accuracy
• Ensure correct product selection as per order details
• Maintain proper packaging standards to avoid damage
• Manage inventory and update stock records regularly
• Assist in goods receiving and stock arrangement
• Perform quality checks before dispatch
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth pickups
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and label printing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP systems preferred)
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Experience:

• 0–2 years in warehouse/logistics (preferred)

Education:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass
