Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure smooth inventory flow, maintain safety standards, and manage the warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Oversee loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pickups, deliveries, and storage arrangements.

- Ensure proper handling and safety of goods at all times.

- Implement and maintain warehouse hygiene and organization.

- Manage warehouse staff schedules, tasks, and performance.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

- Check inbound and outbound materials and verify documentation.

- Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Good communication and basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
