About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-ground construction activities, ensure timely project execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and the project team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material management, and structural execution as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, labor teams, and project managers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the site.
• Monitor material usage, maintain stock records, and verify material quality upon arrival.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical construction solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in site execution of civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structure works, and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of quality control, safety protocols, and construction materials.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
