Operations Associate: To manage end‑to‑end loan operations for MSME products, with primary responsibility for loan login, documentation, coordination, and timely disbursement of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Handle login, verification, and processing of MSME LAP & Mortgage loan cases
• Scrutinize KYC, financial, business, and property documents as per policy
• Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing
• Ensure fulfillment of sanction conditions and timely disbursement
• Maintain MIS, system updates, and audit-compliant documentation
