Service Coordinator

Service Engineer is Responsible for servicing of machines, spare management and satisfying the customer's requirements.

Understand the problem correctly after interacting with co-ordinator & customer about spare parts and problems in the machines.

Carry out required servicing on the machines and ensures that machines are serviceable and customers are satisfied.

After completion of service call, intimate to Area Executive, Agent.

Make detail reports of all work done on each machine.

Provide on-site training to customer as well as operator.

Timely complete and submit work report  to in-charge verbally and send  hard copy  through courier.

Generate enquiry for spares and machine. 

Educate, convince and suggest customers to purchase spares from the company.

Any requirements call from the customers regarding  service or spares, must be communicated to In-charge.

Report to  In-charge in the morning and also in the evening on daily basis and also inform regarding next day plan.
