Accounts Executive

1. Daily Accounting Operations

l Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

l Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and journal entries

l Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

l Monitor daily expenses and record them properly

2. Billing and Invoicing

l Prepare and issue invoices to clients

l Verify and process vendor bills

l Follow up on pending payments and receivables

l Maintain proper billing documentation

3. Bank and Cash Management

l Handle bank entries and reconciliation

l Maintain cash book and petty cash records

l Ensure proper tracking of all payments and receipts

4. GST and Compliance Support

l Maintain GST purchase and sales records

l Assist in GST filing and documentation

l Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements

5. Financial Reporting and Documentation

l Maintain organized financial records and files

l Prepare basic financial reports as required

l Assist management with financial data and reports

6. Coordination and Support

l Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal teams

l Support audit and accounting requirements

l Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
