Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1.Handle end-to-end sales for residential villas and high-rise towers at the Ongole project.
2.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion and client engagement.
3.Coordinate with CRM and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer follow-ups.
4.Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective buyers.
5.Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property and payment options.
6.Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers for consistent lead flow.
7.Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional strategies to enhance sales planning.
8.Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to generate leads.
9.Ensure accurate documentation, booking formalities, and smooth registration of property sales.
10.Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports highlighting lead status, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
11.Provide feedback to management regarding pricing, design improvements, and customer preferences.
12.Train and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance and productivity.
