Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Premium Mobile Sales Promoters to join our team at multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively. This role focuses on selling premium mobile phones, accessories, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell premium mobile phones and accessories.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Demonstrate product features and provide guidance to customers.

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays.

• Upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories, warranty plans, and add-ons.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in mobile sales (mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with persuasive selling skills.

• Knowledge of premium mobile brands (Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.).

• High school or college diploma preferred.

• Experience in retail or electronics sales is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Maximum CTC per candidate: ₹29,000

• Average CTC across all hires: ≤ ₹26,000
