Supervising site work – Track laying, earthwork, platforms, bridges, and drainage.
Survey & alignment checking – Ensure correct levels, track centerline, and layout.
Quality control – Inspect materials like rails, sleepers, ballast, cement, and steel.
Safety management – Follow strict railway safety rules and manage work near running lines.
Daily progress monitoring – Maintain DPR, measurements, and site records.
Coordination – Work with signalling, electrical, and project teams.
Problem-solving – Handle site issues and ensure work completes as per drawings and schedule.
