Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance management and training activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Min. 2 years of HR experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor laws
