Job Title: Telesales Executive


Mission:

To connect with registered users, understand their needs, and help them choose the most suitable premium plans that enhance their chances of finding the right solutions.


Job Description:

The TeleSales Executive is responsible for contacting users who have registered through the website or mobile app, explaining available membership options, and converting free users into paid subscribers. The role involves understanding customer preferences, handling sensitive profiles, maintaining call activity standards, and ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to registered users to promote and sell available subscription packages.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on their background and preferences.

• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion updates in the CRM.

• Build trust and rapport with users from different personal backgrounds.

• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain the required call-to-conversion ratio.

• Provide accurate information about features, pricing, and offers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction levels.

1. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience:
