Job Description

An Agency Development Manager (ADM) drives revenue growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents, primarily in the insurance or financial services sectors. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration, and providing mentorship to improve agent performance and productivity. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively recruit new agents, build a pipeline, and train them on company products, compliance, and sales processes.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets through team productivity.
  • Agent Management: Monitor, evaluate, and coach agents, encouraging high productivity and guiding them to meet performance metrics.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and enhance agency partnerships.
  • Mentorship & Development: Conduct training workshops and accompany agents on field visits to improve sales skills.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders to ensure customer loyalty. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to track performance trends.
