Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and direct clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Coordinate digital marketing activities and local promotions
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Client Coordination & Closing
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Interior Design, or related field
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Required Skills & Experience min 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in modular furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industry)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident and presentable personality with excellent client handling ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
- Attractive salary package (₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month)
