Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and direct clients
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities and local promotions
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Client Coordination & Closing

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Interior Design, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Required Skills & Experience min 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in modular furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industry)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident and presentable personality with excellent client handling ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
  • Attractive salary package (₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month)
