CNC Machine Operator

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications. The operator ensures that products meet quality standards, follows safety protocols, and supports efficient production operations.

• Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, lathe, or router) according to engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Load raw materials and tooling, input program codes, and verify machine settings.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure products meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, making necessary adjustments to improve output.
• Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or defects to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
