Job Description
- The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising daily dispatch operations. This role ensures that dispatch plans are prepared on time, coordinated with other departments, and successfully completed by the end of each day. The Dispatch Supervisor plays a key role in smooth operations, timely deliveries, and meeting company targets. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage daily dispatch plans based on orders, priorities, and available resources
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, logistics, sales, and other departments
- Ensure daily dispatch plans are executed and completed within the planned timeline
- Monitor dispatch activities and resolve issues or delays quickly
- Allocate vehicles, drivers, and manpower efficiently
- Track dispatch status and update concerned departments regularly
- Ensure all dispatch documents are accurate and completed properly
- Maintain records of daily dispatch performance and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and procedures
- Support continuous improvement in dispatch planning and operations
