About the Role

Green Blossom is seeking a dynamic, creative, and growth-oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Sales Executive. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital storefronts and social presence. You won't just be managing listings; you will be "wearing many hats" to scale our brand across major E-commerce and Quick-Commerce (Q-Comm) platforms while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create viral-ready content.

This is a high-impact role in a startup environment where your ability to adapt, innovate, and execute will directly contribute to our month-on-month growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Growth Management

  • Platform Ownership: Manage and grow sales across E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Quick-Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) platforms.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to hit Month-on-Month (MoM) sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Analytics: Monitor sales data, traffic, and trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead Conversion: Calling & conversion of B2B ( Distributors/ Resellers Leads ) or D2C ( Direct Customers) queries if any.

2. Cataloging & SEO Optimization

  • Listing Management: Maintain and update product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to ensure maximum search visibility.
  • A+ Content Coordination: Lead the creation and management of A+ (Enhanced Brand Content) listings to improve brand storytelling and trust.
  • Inventory Health: Ensure all catalog details are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for the latest platform algorithms.

3. AI-Driven Content & Creative Production

  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or CapCut AI) to generate compelling product copy and visual assets.
  • Multimedia Creation: Create engaging short-form videos and reels for products to be used on marketplaces and social media.
  • Visual Storytelling: Design or coordinate infographics that simplify product benefits for customers.

4. Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Social Management: Manage all Green Blossom social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a consistent posting schedule.
  • Engagement: Act as the voice of the brand by responding promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and DMs.
  • Content Distribution: Repurpose product videos and reels into social media posts to drive organic traffic back to sales platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce sales or digital marketing (Startup experience is a huge plus).
  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, etc.) and an understanding of the Quick-Commerce ecosystem.
  • AI Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation (text-to-video, image editing, and copywriting).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to write persuasive, SEO-friendly copy.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to produce "scroll-stopping" content with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: A "get-it-done" attitude with the flexibility to pivot strategies in a fast-paced environment.
