Job Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Present and promote residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth transaction processing
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
