Role Overview


We seek a driven and resourceful B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves reactivating former client relationships, identifying untapped market segments, and building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Reconnect with and reclaim inactive or lapsed clients through outreach, relationship building, and service offerings.
  • Identify, research, and target new market demographics in the stainless steel utensils segment.
  • Conduct market visits and travel to key hubs and trade centres.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
  • Collaborate with the internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to help refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant industry events as required.


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior sales experience (especially in B2B or industrial sales) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
