📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Pali. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through ad sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate advertising revenue by selling print and digital ad space
• Identify and acquire new clients (B2B sales)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and execute client meetings and field visits
• Coordinate with internal teams for ad execution and delivery

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / ad sales / B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
