Our organization seeks a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Operator & Technician to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of our surveillance systems. This critical role involves proactive monitoring of live and recorded video feeds, identifying and reporting potential security incidents or operational anomalies in accordance with established protocols. The Technician aspect includes responsibility for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV equipment, including cameras, recording devices, and related infrastructure. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of CCTV systems, excellent technical aptitude, and the ability to respond calmly and efficiently to security-related situations. Strong observation skills, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in CCTV operation and technical support is highly desirable.
