• 1. Manpower Planning & CoordinationUnderstand bulk requirements (headcount, skills, shift, location, timeline)
• Coordinate with Operations, HRBP, and Workforce Planning teams
• Freeze hiring numbers and joining dates with stakeholders
• 2. Sourcing & Vendor ManagementManage multiple sourcing channels (vendors, referrals, walk-ins, job portals)
• Onboard and control staffing vendors as per SLA
• Share daily targets with vendors and track performance
• Ensure cost control and compliance with agreed rates
• 3. Bulk Recruitment ExecutionPlan and execute mass hiring drives / walk-in campaigns
• Arrange interview logistics (venue, panels, schedules)
• Screen candidates for eligibility (age, education, experience, physical fitness)
• Ensure fast turnaround time due to high-volume demand
• 4. Selection & Offer ManagementCoordinate interviews and final selection
• Roll out offers in bulk
• Explain role, shift, wages, attendance rules clearly to candidates
• Maintain offer-to-join ratio
• 5. Pre-Joining & DocumentationCollect and verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank, education)
• Coordinate background verification if applicable
• Track medical fitness (if required)
• Ensure zero drop-off before joining
• 6. Joining & Onboarding SupportAlign joining batches with operations
• Ensure smooth Day-1 onboarding
• Coordinate ID creation, attendance systems, uniform issuance
• Support initial induction process
• 7. Attrition & Dropout ControlTrack pre-joining and post-joining attrition
• Analyze reasons for no-shows and early exits
• Share feedback with vendors and ops for corrective action
• 8. MIS & ReportingDaily reporting: lineup, selection, joining, attrition
• Vendor-wise and location-wise performance reports
