Job Description
- Onboard, train, certify, and manage partners/technicians, including upgrades or exits
- Provide hands-on field training (OJT), coaching, and support to service points
- Track KPIs, conduct audits, inspections, and take corrective actions to improve performance
- Handle customer interactions, complaints, device repairs/swaps, CRM updates, and ensure TAT compliance
