Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled All-Rounder Chef / Cook who can handle multi-cuisine cooking and manage kitchen operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing quality food, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen functioning.

• Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu and standards
• Handle Indian, Continental, and basic Chinese cuisines (preferred)
• Plan daily menus and ensure consistent taste and quality
• Manage kitchen inventory, raw material, and food storage
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Coordinate with management and service staff for timely food service
• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
• Train and guide kitchen helpers if required

• Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef / Cook
• Age: 25 Years to 45 Years

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking
• Ability to work independently and handle kitchen pressure
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Candidate :

• Experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Willing to work flexible shifts
