Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort & Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of our resort and restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the resort and restaurant
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and restaurant services
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest feedback/complaints professionally
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance
• Maintain quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory, vendor management, and cost control
• Prepare reports related to operations, sales, and staff performance
• Coordinate with management to improve services and profitability

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in resort / hotel / restaurant management
• Age: 30 Years to 55 years

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and F&B management
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
• Customer-focused approach

Preferred Candidate
