Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy of reports, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain documentation and improve accounting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Knowledge of tax preparation and filings
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
