Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Monitor petty cash and maintain expense records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Maintain and organize all financial files and documents.
• Liaise with Training centres, students, and Higher officials for finance-related queries.
