Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job description:

• Enter and manage Purchase, Sales, and Stock entries in MARG ERP
• Maintain party ledgers, invoices, and billing records
• Prepare GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Handle inventory management, batch-wise stock, and expiry tracking
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from MARG
• Reconcile stock and accounts with physical records
• Assist in GST data preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B reports)
• Maintain vendor and customer master data
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, and Sales departments
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in data entry

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on knowledge of MARG ERP Software
• Basic knowledge of GST, billing, and accounting entries
• Understanding of inventory and stock management
• Good command of MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Pharma / FMCG billing
• Knowledge of batch, MRP, HSN, and expiry management
• Familiarity with purchase order processing
