Job Description
Job Title: Accountant & Inventory Manager (BUSY Software Expert)
Company: Garg Kitchen Collection
Location: Sector 9, Panchkula
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated person to manage the accounts and inventory for our retail kitchenware business. The main responsibility is to be the "Expert" for our BUSY software, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
What you will do
- Software Management: Handle all entries in BUSY software daily.
- Purchases & Sales: Upload all purchase bills and manage sales records.
- GST & Returns: Prepare and file GST returns on time.
- Inventory Control: Create new product entries in the system and manage barcoding.
- Stock Tracking: Regularly check physical stock against the software records to ensure no mismatch.
- Reporting: Give daily or weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and profits to the owner.
Requirements
- Must know BUSY Software perfectly.
- Experience in filing GST returns and handling purchase/sales data.
- Basic knowledge of retail inventory and barcoding.
- Previous experience in a retail shop or wholesale business is a plus.
- Honest, organized, and good with numbers.
About the Job
- Working Hours: (e.g., 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
- Trial Period: There will be a 2-day practical trial to check BUSY software skills.
