Job Description

Job Summary:

The Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations across offices, plants, warehouses, and retail locations, ensuring smooth functioning, cost control, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor services.
  • Oversee office infrastructure, repairs & maintenance, and statutory compliances.
  • Handle admin budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transport, and asset management.
  • Support HR in employee engagement, onboarding logistics, and welfare activities.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Liaise with government bodies, landlords, and service providers as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Administration, preferably in manufacturing/retail setup.
