Job Description
- Handle and lead the Area Sales Team to achieve sales objectives
- Plan, execute, and monitor PPC activities to support sales growth
- Coordinate closely with the Production Team for order planning, timelines, and availability
- Develop and propose new products based on market trends and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned area
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners
- Follow up and ensure timely payments from partners and customers
- Monitor market feedback and share insights with management
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
