Job Description

Required Assistant Manager Payroll And Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Payroll Operations.

Supervise attendance, leave, overtime, and HRMS data management.

Manage Statutory Compliances including ESI, EPF, PT, and LWF.

Oversee Full & Final settlements and exit-related payroll compliance.

Maintain employee master data, payroll records, and personal files.

Ensure upkeep of statutory registers under applicable labor laws.

Handle licenses and renewals related to labor compliance.

Liaise with government departments for statutory and compliance matters.

Address payroll-related queries while maintaining data confidentiality.

Supervise payroll & compliance executives and ensure SOP adherence.
