Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of offices, plants, warehouses, and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and transport.
  • Coordinate vendor management, service contracts, and cost control.
  • Handle travel arrangements, asset management, and office infrastructure support.
  • Ensure statutory, safety, and administrative compliance.
  • Support HR and operations with admin-related requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing/retail setup.
  • Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
