Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring statutory compliance across locations, with accurate reporting and timely filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, salary disbursement, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS).
  • Handle payroll audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for filings and returns.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and MIS reports.
  • Address payroll-related queries and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (HR, Finance, or related field).
  • 5–8 years of experience in payroll & statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems.
