Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Executive/Manager (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in business development within the IT services domain, with strong knowledge of digital marketingweb development, and SEO. She should be highly skilled in handling international clients, managing online bidding platforms, and closing deals independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and secure projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and AppFutura.
  • Build business via LinkedInFacebook, and other social media channels.
  • Prepare and present winning project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct detailed client requirement analysis and engage in pre-sales discussions.
  • Explain technical services, including Web DevelopmentMobile AppsDigital Marketing, and SEO, clearly and effectively.
  • Interact with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and report regularly to management.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications–5 years of experience in Business Development in an IT company.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketingweb/app development, and SEO services.
  • Expertise in bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong proposal writing and pre-sales documentation experience.
  • Proven record of achieving international sales targets.
  • Confident in client negotiations, closing deals, and maintaining relations.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours.
  • Local female candidate preferred for better team collaboration and cultural fit.
