- Solution Selling: Conduct site walk-throughs to assess maintenance needs and present tailored service packages (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, and commercial grade appliance upkeep).
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, present, and close annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) that ensure recurring revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and local property developments.
- Client Retention: Act as the initial point of contact to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the technical operations team.
