Job Overview:

Gyptech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager willing to travel across India to expand business and strengthen client relationships in the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

Travel across India for business development and client acquisition

Visit government offices, architects, contractors, and project sites

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Identify new business opportunities and markets

Prepare and present sales proposals

Negotiate and close deals

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Submit regular sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Work Requirement:

Must be willing to travel anywhere in India

When not on field duty, the candidate must report to the Panchkula office

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline with a good academic record

Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed manufacturer in the building materials sector, especially dealing with government contractors and end users

Age: 25 to 40 years

Skills Required:

Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and MS Word

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good organizational and reporting abilities

Self-motivated and target-driven

Remuneration:

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Travel allowance as per company policy
