Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that empower decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.
• Optimize data workflows and support automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BI, MIS, or data analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience as an OTP Planner (Order to Payment process understanding).

Salary Range

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
