A CASA Sales Officer is a banking position focused on acquiring new customers by selling Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and other banking products, such as insurance and investment services. Responsibilities include direct sales, field activities, cross-selling, and building relationships with customers and corporate clients to meet sales targets. This role serves as a common entry point into the private banking sector, especially in India. 

Key Responsibilities:

• New Customer Acquisition: Selling CASA products and services to individual and corporate clients. 
• Field Sales: Engaging in on-field activities to promote banking products and meet potential customers. 
• Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional banking products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans to existing and new customers. 
• Account Activation: Ensuring opened accounts are activated and users are engaged with services like UPI and mobile banking. 
• Corporate Sourcing: Acquiring salary accounts for corporate employees through partnerships and events. 
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster loyalty and increase wallet share. 
• Micro-Marketing: Conducting local marketing initiatives to generate leads within the bank's catchment areas.
