Chinese Chef

Momo Delights is looking for an experienced Momo Chef / Chinese & Dimsum Specialist who is passionate about authentic Asian flavors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in preparing premium-quality momos, dim sums, and Chinese starters while maintaining high standards of hygiene, consistency, and presentation.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide variety of Veg & Non-Veg Momos, Dimsums, and Chinese dishes as per brand recipes
• Ensure taste consistency, portion control, and premium presentation
• Handle dough preparation, fillings, folding styles, steaming, pan-frying, and sauces
• Maintain FSSAI hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Manage mise-en-place, inventory usage, and minimize food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen team during high rush hours
• Follow SOPs and assist in new menu development if required
• Ensure timely food preparation and order execution
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Momo / Chinese / Dimsum Chef
• Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and sauces
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced QSR environment
• Understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and quality control
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in premium or high-volume food brands is an advantage
• Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Culinary diploma or professional kitchen training
• Experience with frozen/chilled momos production is a plus
• Knowledge of modern plating and fusion momos will be appreciated
