Job Description
- A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in real estate is the bridge between the firm and its investors, property owners, or high-net-worth tenants.Unlike a pure sales role, this position focuses on the lifecycle of the client, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and the identification of new investment opportunities within an existing portfolio.
- To proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of real estate clients, ensuring high retention rates and maximizing the value of the assets under management. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic advice, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients (investors, developers, or corporate tenants).
- Lead the seamless transition of new clients into the firm’s ecosystem, ensuring all documentation and expectations are clearly defined. Collaborate with accounting and property management teams to present monthly or quarterly financial reports, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
