Job Description

Key responsibilities


  • Customer interaction and support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Relationship management: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients. 
  • Data analysis and strategy: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use this insight to inform marketing and sales strategies. 
  • System administration (for CRM Specialists): Configure, customize, and maintain the CRM system to meet business needs, including creating reports, managing user access, and integrating with other tools. 
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 
  • Retention and growth: Create programs to retain existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Customer Relationship Manager: Focuses more on the strategic and interpersonal side of managing client relationships, often serving as a direct liaison between the company and its customers. 
  • CRM Specialist: Primarily focuses on the technical administration of the CRM software itself, ensuring the system is configured correctly and used effectively to support business goals. 
  • Customer Success Manager: A related role that often has a strong focus on ensuring customers get the most value out of a product or service to maximize retention and satisfaction.
