Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments (sales, inventory, HR, operations, etc.).
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support business performance reviews.
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, macros, and dashboard tools.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate customized reports as per management or departmental requirements.
• Identify trends, variances, and suggest actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Maintain databases and perform periodic audits to ensure data integrity.
• Support ERP/MIS software implementation and updates.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, Macros, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce/Science/IT or any relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Analyst role, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG sector.
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or equivalent) is desirable.
