Job Description

  • Supervise and manage site workers: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. 
  • Health and safety compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address hazards immediately to prevent accidents. 
  • Project coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align site activities with project plans. 
  • Resource and material management: Order and manage construction materials, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays. 
  • Administrative duties: Maintain accurate records of attendance, site activities, progress reports, and incident logs. 
  • Problem-solving: Address on-site issues, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot delays or budget concerns. 
  • Quality control: Inspect work to ensure compliance project specifications.
