About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate chef to join our café-cum-restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and presenting Continental dishes, with a flair for creativity and consistency in taste.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes with high standards of taste and presentation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety guidelines
• Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure minimal wastage
• Collaborate with management to design and update menu items
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service hours

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef specialising in Continental cuisine
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
